How many days a week should I meet with my personal trainer?

They are there to help you stay motivated and push your fitness limits, but also seek to help you understand why you are doing specific exercises and how to reach your personal goals.

Meet Kay! A National Association of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Women's Fitness Specialist! Kay started her fitness and wellness journey 33 years ago to help her quit smoking. With 23 years of personal training experience, Kay is dedicated to helping others achieve their personal goals and change their lives! 


Certified TRX Instructor, cardiovascular training, and functional fitness training.

Works with females of all ages and stages of life!


Stephanie Dupree

Meet Stephanie! A Certified Personal Trainer, Institute of Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, and Functional Medicine Health Coach. With 18 years of experience, Stephanie is focused on augmenting her clients fitness level and health status, strengthening their core, and improving overall function in daily living activities. 


Functional fitness to promote core strength and injury prevention.


Timothy Trull

Meet Timothy! A National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) certified personal trainer! Timothy has a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology with a concentration in Exercise Science and a Minor in Strength and Conditioning. Timothy is also working to attain his Masters of Education in Sports Management. Timothy has been a personal trainer for 4 years and enjoys helping people reach their fitness goals and become the best version of themselves.

Anthony Haywood

Meet Anthony! A National Exercise Trainers Association (NETA) Certified Personal Trainer! Anthony holds a Bachelor's of Science in Sports Management. Anthony has over 7 years of experience and a true passion for educating and helping others meet their fitness goals!

Angel Beck

Meet Angel! A National Association of Sports Medicine (NASM) and Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) Certified Personal Trainer! Angel holds a Bachelors degree of Secondary Education in Physical Education, Health and Music. Angel has over 10 years of experience and her clients succeed!

Master Trainer in The Jungle Body, weight loss, prehab, rehab, and senior fitness!

Works with all age groups at all different levels!


Angela Sanders

Meet Angela! A National Exercise Trainers Association (NETA) Certified Personal Trainer! Angela holds a Bachelor's of Science in Sports and Fitness Management. Angela has over 17 years as a fitness trainer. She enjoys helping clients develop a healthier lifestyle and getting into shape. Meet Mel! An American College
of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and 
American Council on Exercise (ACE) Certified Personal Trainer! Mel holds a Masters in
Exercise Science from Auburn University at Montgomery (AUM). Mel has worked in the fitness industry as a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor for nearly 30 years. She likes to help her clients set realistic goals, then pursue those goals with training that challenges and causes change.
